This class involves the striking aspect of MMA. Kickboxing focuses more on the use of all 8 limbs—hands, elbows, knees, and shins—to set up attacks.

Kickboxing

This class involves the basics in punch and foot work needed to make you hit fast and hard and move in the right position to land a finishing knock out. Shadow boxing and skipping are just some of the tools you will learn.

Boxing

This class involves the ground fighting aspect of MMA, including learning takedowns, submissions, and positional transitions to defend or submit an opponent by the use of leverage. Also known as 'The Gentle Art', this program has both Kids and Adult classes available.

Brazillian Jiu Jitsu

This all levels class introduces wrestling techniques geared towards MMA. Takedowns, takedown defence and ground control are the main focus of this class.

Wrestling

In this class you learn how to put together all the different styles you learn in our facility including: kickboxing, thai boxing, jiu-jitsu, wrestling, etc. to develop you into a more complete fighter, or to become more knowledgeable in self-defence.

MMA

This program involves different exercises and tools such as tire flipping and sled pushing to increase your conditioning and strength. This is a very upbeat and intense workout.

Strength & Conditioning

The Kids’ Program involves three different aspects of MMA training; Striking, Grappling and Strength and Conditioning and is built in a 2 set of age group structure to maximize the attention given to the students (ages 4-7 and ages 8-12).

Kids Classes

This is the space to introduce the Services section. Briefly describe the types of services offered and highlight any special benefits or features.

Pro/Amateur Team Training

Private lessons help tighten up the techniques you are learning in classes as well as help you reach any personal fitness goals you may have. All of our Instructors have different areas of expertise and knowledge to help you any way they can.
